A true bike“station” in Maïdo for all levels

Maïdo for bike it is like Tignes for ski: a bike field open to all, for all levels and with equipment worthy of a ski resort!

1 - Tracks for all

More than 150 km tracks are marked out for all levels:

Beginner with the blue track, confirmed with the red and reckless person with the black one (hell of roots, banked corners and bumps… what a happiness!).

2 – Bike-lift shuttles! 

Shuttles lead you in top of the tracks with your equipment. If you do not have a bike, you will easily find to rent some in Saint-Gilles before leaving.

3 - Monitors 

You can ask to be accompanied by a monitor which will lavish all the councils necessary to you.

There are the guaranteed feelings: you cross the forests of Tamarins, of Cryptomerias, the pastures of altitude, the fields of sugar cane while admiring from the exceptional points of view.

4 - Restaurants and bars for greedy pause 

If you wish to make a lunch pause, you will find many restaurants on the road, which will propose to you traditional Creole dishes and of course the famous: arranged rum.

The descent on bike is accessible to the children as from 8 years. Take neither bonnet nor pulley blocks! But do not forget your helmet and your gloves adapted to the bike.
